Service terms

Preview access

This development preview is for authorised evaluation with synthetic records. It is not a public commercial offer. Pricing, brand, domain, service levels and contractual terms have not been approved.

Council decisions and human review

Council officers remain responsible for reviewing drafts, making decisions and approving records. Transcripts and Scribe output require human review. Training completion evidence does not itself certify workplace competence.

Subscriptions and cancellation

Only Stripe test-mode integration is supported. Live payment collection is disabled. Cancellation retains council records subject to an approved retention and legal-hold policy. Final charges, cancellation terms, export arrangements, liability and support commitments require approval before launch.
